Browne stays with Fremantle

Fremantle midfielder Andrew Browne has signed a new deal which will see him remain with the club until the end of the 2007 season.
Browne has played 18 games since making his debut in Fremantle’s after-the-siren win against Melbourne at Subiaco in round 8, 2002.
In 2004 he played 14 games and stamped himself as a player of the future by taking out the Beacon Award as the club’s best new talent.
Hamstring injuries have halted his progress for the past two seasons, but his consistent form with Claremont in the latter half of 2006 showed he still has much to offer at the highest level in 2007 and beyond
