CibbuanoCousins discharged from hospital

STAR Richmond midfielder Ben Cousins is expected to return to training in the next few days after being discharged from hospital on Tuesday morning.
The 2005 Brownlow Medallist, who was last week hospitalised with abdominal pain, was readmitted to Epworth Hospital yesterday and underwent further tests to determine the cause of the ongoing problem.
The Tigers said in a statement the results of those tests may not be known for several days.
Richmond also dismissed a report in The Age which claimed that Cousins had been warned to curb his drinking.
