STAR Richmond midfielder Ben Cousins is likely to miss the Tigers' final practice match after being hospitalised with abdominal pain on Thursday.
The former West Coast captain will remain in Melbourne's Epworth Hospital overnight for observation and undergo tests in the morning after fasting.
"Ben’s condition does not appear serious but as a precautionary measure we would like some tests done to see what the problem is," Richmond football manager Craig Cameron said.
"It is doubtful that Ben will play against Essendon in the NAB Challenge match in Morwell on Saturday."
