MELBOURNE has snapped a three-game losing streak with a thrillling one-point win over Port Adelaide at TIO Stadium in Darwin on Saturday night.

Jamie Bennell gave Melbourne back the lead with a classy snap before the lead changed hands again courtesy of Cameron Hitchcock's third major.
Tom Logan had the chance to give Port a handy break but his shot from 50m sailed wide.
