Glass to have scans

WEST COAST skipper Darren Glass is in doubt for Saturday's clash against St Kilda at Subiaco Oval, according to assistant coach Peter Sumich.
Sumich said Glass had suffered a corked quadricep during last Saturday night's 46-point loss to the Brisbane Lions at the Gabba.
"Darren Glass will have an MRI on his (quadriceps) just to make sure that's all clear," Sumich said.
"At the moment it's a corkie, we think. If the scans come through like they should, he'll be right this week."
Sumich said if Glass failed to prove his fitness then Matthew Spangher or Eric Mackenzie would be given the unenviable task of lining up on in-form St Kilda skipper Nick Riewoldt.
"Yeah it is (a tough match-up)," Sumich said of Riewoldt.
"Eric Mackenzie maybe. Matt Spangher's played really well in the WAFL the last fortnight and had a real good game on the weekend. So he's got a big tank.
"We'll consider those two kids and we have to go onto the kids if Darren happens not to play."
Sumich also said the Eagles had no intention of resting Dean Cox for the rest of the season despite the star ruckman aggravating a persistent foot injury against the Lions.
"You wouldn't want to say that to Coxy," said Sumich.
"He's raring to go already."
"His foot's okay, he got a bit of a kick on it, I think he was trying to clear one of the footies at a stoppage and (accidentally) kicked Luke Power."
"He's fine, he's pulled up really well and he'll be fine for this week."
