Victoria police are investigated the mystery behind the death of 32 year old football commentator Clinton Grybas.
Friends and Family of Grybas believe that he may infact of hit his head while sleep walking.
Grybas has had a history of sleep walking, with two incidents being major warnings that something more dangerous might happen.
One particular time Grybas frightened himself by waking on his 15th floor balcony.
In another sleepwalking incident, Grybas thought an intruder had given him a headwound after hitting his head.
Police believe there were no signs of an assault or struggle at Clinton's apartment.
His devastated girlfriend Laurenna Toulmin and Grybas' family members were reeling from the shock last night.
Tiffany Cherry saw him last friday at a BBQ and said she and Grybas planned to meet up in America for the Super Bowl.
"He was brilliant. In the best form that I've seen him in for a long, long time,'' said Cherry.
Alerts were raised when Grybas failed to show for his Sports Today radio broadcast at midday then could not be contacted by his girlfriend.
She called his Southbank apartment block and staff found Grybas lying face down on his bedroom floor after a neighbour could not get him to answer his door.
