Hand injury sidelines Dangerfield

ADELAIDE young gun Patrick Dangerfield will be sidelined for up to a month with a hand injury.

The 20-year-old suffered a fracture to his left hand when he crashed into a goalpost during the Crows' 49-point loss to the Western Bulldogs at Etihad Stadium last Friday night.

But the extent of the injury wasn't known until Dangerfield underwent an MRI scan on Tuesday after initial x-rays over the weekend were inconclusive.
