Harley on the way back

GEELONG captain Tom Harley has all but ruled himself out of action for the first six weeks of the home-and-away season after a longer-than-expected rehabilitation from knee surgery last year.
But the 2007 premiership skipper said he can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
"Like any player will tell you, any long-term injury is really frustrating and you just wonder where that light at the end of the tunnel is," he said.
"I feel like I'm through the hardest part but it's just about getting the condition and getting the games in to play AFL footy."
Meanwhile, Josh Hunt will miss the entire season after opting to undergo a traditional knee reconstruction rather than the radical new procedure used successfully last year by hard-running Sydney defender Nick Malceski.
Fellow defender Matthew Egan, who missed the 2007 finals series and all of last year due to a broken navicular bone in his right foot, will find out next Monday when he visits his surgeon whether his career is over.
