Hawks plan to attack Saints

HAWTHORN coach Alastair Clarkson says he is expecting a more attacking brand of football against St Kilda at Telstra Dome on Saturday night.
When the two sides met in round eight last year just seven goals were kicked to three-quarter time before the Hawks booted six goals in the last term to run out 28-point winners in a contest that was dubbed a 'snorefest'.
Clarkson predicted a totally different approach this weekend as both teams look to make the most of their key marking targets up forward.
"I'm not sure how the game's going to unfold tomorrow night but both sides now want to play attacking footy," Clarkson said.
"I reckon St Kilda have played their best footy when they've tried to run and carry the ball in recent weeks. They've got some talented players and it'll be another good test for us I'm sure."
"Every game is a significant challenge. St Kilda has been playing good footy the last three or four weeks. We're going to need to play really well against them to get the points."
