Hunter not done: Worsfold

WEST COAST coach John Worsfold has dismissed suggestions that Adam Hunter is on the verge of retirement because of a shoulder injury.
Channel 10 reported on Wednesday that the 2006 premiership player would miss Saturday night's clash against Sydney before returning the following week against Collingwood for his 150th and last game.
But Worsfold said on Friday he was befuddled by the network's claims.
"My thoughts are that that's Channel 10's views, they're welcome to them, but I don't know where they got it from," Worsfold said.
"We haven't ever even considered that he won't play out the year."
Worsfold also said Hunter is expected to be back for the match against the Magpies at Subiaco Oval.
"My understanding is that Adam had some pretty radical treatment about six weeks ago that had a significant impact on his shoulder, and the ideal program was to repeat that within six weeks," he said.
"So we expect that he'll get some good results from this latest treatment and be ready to go next week."
