Johncock axed by Crows

ADELAIDE defender Graham Johncock will miss Saturday night's must-win clash against Sydney at the SCG after being stood down by the club due to his lack of professionalism.
The Crows have lost their past five matches to find themselves outside the top eight for the first time since round one.
Adelaide football operations manager John Reid said the 25-year-old had failed meet the expected standards of preparation.
"Graham’s form in the last month hasn’t been very good and he knows that. Coupled with that is the fact that some of his attention to detail in preparation has been a bit below par,” Reid said.
“You’ve got to be in the inner sanctum to understand all that [the reasons behind the decision]. Graham’s form has been miles below his best and his preparation hasn’t been up to scratch and that covers a myriad of things.
“He understands that and I’m pretty proud of the way he’s actually coped with that at the moment.”
“He’s going about rectifying that ASAP because we need him in our side and he’s a very good player.”
Johncock will for SANFL side Port Adelaide Magpies this weekend alongside Port veteran Peter Burgoyne, who was suspended by the Power for one-match for presenting himself in an unfit manner for training.
