RICHMOND has suffered a massive blow with star Matthew Richardson ruled out for at least ten weeks with a hamstring injury.
Richardson suffered the injury in the first quarter of the Tigers' 19-point loss to Sydney at the SCG on Sunday.
Scans on Tuesday confirmed a tear in his hamstring tendon which will sideline him for 10 to 12 weeks.
The injury is believed to be an unrelated to the strained glute muscle he suffered in round five against North Melbourne.
