We can beat Geelong, says Harvey

FREMANTLE can halt Geelong's winning run at Skilled Stadium on Saturday afternoon, according to coach Mark Harvey.
Aside from Collingwood's 86-point win over Geelong, the Dockers one-point loss to the ladder leaders in round six is the closest any team has come to the reigning premiers.
"They've done a fair bit of carnage on the road," said Harvey referring to the 135 and 68-point thrashings the Cats have dished out to West Coast and Adelaide respectively over the last two rounds.
"But we're here to ruin that."
"I don't (think this is mission impossible), how can you go into a game like that?" he added.
"Obviously Geelong's probably in better form than they were leading into that game (the one-point win)."
"Our side has changed a little bit since we last played them, but (if) we have got an enthusiastic young group who are willing to put enough pressure on them and has the intent about them, then we'll win the game."
Harvey said Fremantle's ruck duo of Aaron Sandilands and Robert Warnock, who combined for 59 hitouts in the four-point loss to Essendon at Subiaco Oval in round 14, would give the Cats something to worry about as well.
However, without the retired Peter Bell at the stoppages, Harvey said his young midfield will have to lift to ensure Geelong doesn't take advantage of Fremantle's dominance in the ruck.
"What it (Bell's absence) does do is make the group really have to lift in the direction and understanding of what's going on in that area (the clearances)," Harvey said.
"I'll (also) be putting more emphasis on the senior players looking after the younger players from here on in."
