West Coast star Ben Cousins was arrested in Melbourne in the early hours of Sunday morning for being drunk in public.
This isn't the first time the former Eagles skipper has found himself in hot water.
The Eagles hierachy decalred following the "booze-bus" incident, which cost Cousins the captaincy that he was on his "last chance" with his off-field behaviour.
