Despite securing two picks inside the top ten in next month's much talked about national draft, there are some concerns for Collingwood.
Namely their lack of firepower up forward, with Chris Tarrant traded to Fremantle, Anthony Rocca struggling with form and fitness during the second hald of the season, Alan Didak likely to to miss the bulk of next year and new recruit Paul Medhurst unpredictable but hardly consistent.
The Pies recovered from 15th spot in 2005 to finish fifth this season, but is it a case of one step forward and two steps back?
